Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn, an American actor from the United States. Her best-known role is Skyler White in her role on the AMC show Breaking Bad, for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 as well as 2014 for Outstanding supporting actress in a Drama Series. She has also appeared as Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. Her passion for performing in Preparatory School before moving to Ohio with her family in the early 1970s. She spent a year at the British American Drama Academy and studied theatre in the theatre department at Northwestern University. Anna began her career in Chicago and worked in theater role for several years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood, where she began her acting career in movies and television shows. Anna's first big part was Arden, in Down the Shore. She played in 29 episodes. In the early 90s she appeared as a regular guest in TV and film, such as Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood during two complete seasons. Skyler is Her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully as well as Deadwood was another film she appeared in. Gunn was also on the stage in a David Schwimmer directed production Sex With Strangers. In 2022, Gunn appeared in a series of podcast of audio plays called"Numbered Days.. Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's relationship with Skyler. Walter White's life story as well as the stress on the relationship he has with Skyler can be seen in the television show.
